2. Products & Orders

  • All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

  • Prices are listed in PKR

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of incorrect pricing, fraudulent activity, or product Size or colour unavailability.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A shipping notification will be sent once the order is dispatched.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments through Cash on Delivery, Pay Fast (Coming Soon)

  • By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

  • All payments must be completed before orders are shipped (except for Cash on Delivery).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location. Estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to you once the order is delivered.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales made through hypeclothing.online are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns once an order has been placed and confirmed.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if products are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, within 5 days of delivery.

  • Certain items (e.g., undergarments, sale items, customized products) may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus shipping charges (if applicable).

All content on hypeclothing.online, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, and the overall website layout, is the exclusive property of Hype Clothing and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The brand name “Hype Clothing”, the domain hypeclothing.online, our logo, and all associated branding elements are owned by Hype Clothing. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without our prior written permission.
