All sales made through hypeclothing.online are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exchanges are only accepted if products are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, and must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Certain items — such as undergarments, sale items, and customized products — are not eligible for exchange.

If an exchange is approved, products must be returned in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
